The quickest and easiest way to register your group for the Move Conference is through out lodging-inclusive ONE-CALL PACKAGE! Simply purchase your tickets through the One-Call Plan, and we will book your lodging accomodations for you using our fantastic group rates that give us HUGE SAVINGS that we pass along to you! It is easy, convenient, and affordable - "One Call, That's All!". For more information and to see individual prices, scroll down to the "One-Call" Section below.
OR, if you prefer to arrange your group's accomodations on your own, you can also purchase YEC tickets through our CONFERENCE ONLY PACKAGE just like past years! Additional information and prices are included below in the "Conference Only" Section.
ONE-CALL PACKAGE
BEST DEAL! As noted above, Move Conference is now offering convenient and affordable lodging-inclusive tickets as part of our ONE-CALL package. Simply register your group with us for one low price, and we will arrange your hotel accomodations and conference tickets for you.
We offer three different choices for lodging based on your groups individual preferences: Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III. Local Macon hotels have been placed into these three catagories based on price, quality, and location - with Tier I being the highest classification given. To determine the price per person for your group under the ONE CALL PACKAGE, first select your Session and Hotel Tier choices from the lists below. You can then use these selections to determine your individual price per person using the table provided.
